My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the bedroom was extremely dirty. The Spa Package was a nice touch, and the new towels and sheets provided added to the comfort of the room. However, the price seemed a bit high given the condition of the room.

The service at the hotel was excellent, with room service available. However, the price for some services like airport shuttle was a bit steep.

The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to many metro stations that take you to all of Istanbul. However, it was far from the main cultural attractions.

The dining experience offered home-made Majorcan products, which was a unique touch. However, the price of dining seemed a bit high for the offerings.
